Preguntas incrustadas: son preguntas que van dentro de otra oración o pregunta. Suenan más corteses y cambian el orden: Where is the bank? → Could you tell me where the bank is?

Dentro de la pregunta incrustada el orden es de afirmación (sujeto + verbo) y desaparecen do, does y did.

Solo se pone si la frase introductoria es una pregunta.
